Deposits
A $500 non-refundable deposit per person is required to make a reservation, which secures space for up to 91 days prior to your trip departure. Payment is accepted as follows: 1) U.S. Dollar check posted to our account at Bank of America. 2) by wire transfer to our account at Bank of America.  For any of our December Holiday departures, an additional $300 deposit is required. Any extensions require an additional $200 minimum deposit.

 

Payments 
You will be invoiced upon making a reservation and full payment is due 90 days prior to the first land day of the trip. Payment is accepted as follows: 1) U.S. Dollar check posted to our account at Bank of America. 2) by wire transfer to our account at Bank of America.

 

Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Secret Passage Costa Rica.  At the time we receive the cancellation; all moneys will be refunded less the following cancellation charges which will be deducted from the total package price.

Depending on the time of cancellation, the following will be forfeited up to 91 days before departure:

Deposit 
90-61 days before departure: 50% of the package price 
60-46 days before departure: 65% of the package price 
45 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price

For December / Holiday Departures
Up to 121 days before departure: No cancellation penalty
120-91 days before departure: 50% of the package price
90-46 days before departure: 65% of the package price
45 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price

 

Transfers
Transfer of departure date to another date up to 91 days prior to departure is $100 per person plus applicable fees. Within 90 days prior to departure cancellation fees will apply. You may also be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines, etc., that are over and above your land arrangements, due to your cancellation of your original date bookings.

 

Disclosure 
Please note that no partial refunds will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers etc., for any reason whatsoever. Secret Passage Costa Rica reserves the right to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases or fuel surcharges. Secret Passage Costa Rica reserves the right to alter the tour without notice. Accommodations are subject to change.
